SeaWorld Resort Gold Coast is Australia’s only theme park resort, located on the Broadwater with direct access to SeaWorld theme park. The 4.5-star hotel features spacious rooms, a 50-yard lagoon pool with waterfall and aquatic playground.

Getting there 

 

DRIVING 

Sea World Resort is approximately 30 km from Gold Coast Airport and 80 km from Brisbane Airport. From Brisbane, take the M1 southbound and exit at Smith Street (Exit 66), then follow signs to Sea World. From the Gold Coast Highway, head north and turn onto Seaworld Drive. On-site parking is available for guests, and additional parking can be found along Seaworld Drive and nearby Muriel Henchman Park (check signage for restrictions).  

 

PUBLIC TRANSPORT 

  • Bus: Route 705 runs directly to Sea World from Surfers Paradise and Broadbeach, with services approximately every 20 minutes.  
  • Light Rail (G:link): Take the G:link tram to Southport Station, then transfer to bus route 705 to Sea World.  
  • Train: From Brisbane, take Queensland Rail to Helensvale Station, then transfer to the G:link tram and bus.

TAXI 

Taxi ranks and rideshare drop-off points are available at the resort entrance. A taxi from Surfers Paradise to Sea World takes about 6 minutes and costs $15–$19.
