Sue Currie Communications
Sue Currie is a well-regarded corporate image consultant, personal branding specialist, professional speaker and author who empowers audiences and business leaders to communicate executive presence.
As the CEO of Sue Currie Communications, Sue provides education and professional development training, coaches and guides entrepreneurs and business leaders through visual, verbal and visible communication to position and present an influential brand.
Sue knows that any business involves more than just delivering a message. It is about really living it … and she walks her talk. Sue has spent many years in the public eye – on camera, on the platform and behind the scenes.
Her broad career spans early years in the fashion industry to regional television newsreader, ABC TV publicist to public relations consultancy owner and the executive leadership position of VP of Public Relations and Communications in a corporate environment.
She has consulted to clients throughout Australia and spoken to audiences from Moree to Mexico. Clients include leading Australian organisations, Government Departments, local and national businesses, SME’s, entrepreneurs and individual professionals.
As well as a professional speaker and educator, Sue is an experienced television presenter, corporate MC and a recognised media commentator on personal branding and professional presence having appeared on Sky News Business, in Marie Claire Magazine, Vogue Magazine, various business publications, newspapers and on Qantas Radio Q. She has been named in the Top 10 Australian Branding Blogs and is the author of IMPRESSario – Present and Promote the Star Within You.
Sue’s professional education and expertise has been gained through membership of Association of Image Consultants International (AICI) and Professional Speakers Australia (PSA).
Sue’s professional life has been about helping others to enhance image and presence, build reputation and recognition.
Dr Jemma King
BioPsychAnalytics
Dr Jemma King is a stress, sleep and recovery expert with a PhD in Human Behaviour. She is a Fellow at the University of Queensland School of Psychology and conducts research on the impact of psychophysiological factors on cognitive and behavioural performance, specifically in the areas of stress, sleep, recovery protocols, cold exposure, microbiome, biometrics, emotional intelligence and psychological safety. She works as a specialist external advisor to McKinsey & Co and has consulted with the Australian Defence Force, the Centre for Australian Army Leadership, the Australian Institute of Sport, and the Australian Olympic Swim Team. She is a reviewer for the journal Scientific Reports Nature. Jemma has developed a pre-deployment biopsychosocial ‘Performance Optimisation Program’ for Special Operations Command that has effectively displayed measurable improvements in behavioral and performance-based outcomes. Jemma has lectured at the University of Sydney MBA on critical thinking and decision-making, RMIT teaches leadership and EI at the Australian Command and Staff Course at the Australian Defence College, and supervises PhD students at the UQ School of Psychology. She is also conducting several research projects including ‘Performance Under Pressure in High Stress Environments’, ‘Executive Leadership Factors of Performance’ and ‘Leaders’ Impact on Team Psychological Safety’ with Harvard Professor Amy Edmondson. She has recently conducted research validating the Wim Hof Method for improving mental health, cognitive and physical performance. Jemma was an Associate Lecturer in Organisational Behaviour at the University of Queensland Business School. Additionally, she consults with large organisations and privately consults with many elite and Olympic athletes, C-suite executives to help them perform under pressure, manage stress, and foster team performance. Her qualifications include a Bachelor of Science majoring in Psychology, a Bachelor of Business Management 1st Class Honours, and a Doctor of Human Behaviour. She has also studied psychoneuroimmunology, endocrinology, neuroscience, anatomy, and medical microbiology. Fun facts, Jemma was a model, managed a nightclub in Moscow, and was a stunt double in Police Academy 7, she is a mother of three and lives in Queensland.
Simon Kuestenmacher
The Demographics Group
Simon Kuestenmacher is a Director and Co-founder of The Demographics Group based in Melbourne, Australia. Simon holds degrees in geography from leading universities in Berlin and Melbourne and worked for several years as a business consultant with KPMG Australia.
In 2017 Simon, with Bernard Salt, co-founded The Demographics Group. The group provides specialist advice on demographic, consumer and social trends for business.
He presents on demographic and global trends that are shaping Australia today and into the future and his presentations and quirky
observations are enjoyed by corporate, government and industry audiences alike.
Simon is a columnist at The New Daily newspaper and a regular contributor to The Australian newspaper; and he is also a media
commentator on demographic and data matters.
Simon has amassed 600,000 global followers on social media, reaches over 35 million people every month and ranks as one of the world’s Top 10 influencers in data visualisation. Glen Richards
Greencross
Glen is the founding Managing Director of Greencross and was a co-founder and Director of Mammoth Pet Holdings Pty Ltd (Petbarn) before it merged with Greencross. Growing up on a grazing property near Richmond NW Qld is where Glen’s love and passion for animals began. His parents owned a number of properties and farmed sheep and cattle. At 27, Glen bought a small vet practice in Townsville and within 10 short years, had developed five vet clinics and a large format pet store in Townsville as well as two veterinary hospitals in China. From there, he went on to build a multi-million dollar integrated pet care empire, which now operates more than 160 veterinary hospitals in Australia and New Zealand. Greencross is also Australasia’s leading specialty pet care retailer, with more than 230 stores operating under the brand names Petbarn and City Farmers in Australia and Animates in New Zealand. The company employs over 5500 employees including veterinarians, nurses, retail team members and managers. Since moving from an executive role, Glen spends his time as a professional investor, mentor, and director with a number of companies. Glen is currently Chairman of Healthia Pty Ltd and People Infrastructure. As well as being on the board of ASX listed companies Greencross, People Infrastructure and Regeneus his favourite area of interest is helping to scale up health and allied health companies. He is actively involved with Montserrat Day Hospitals, SmartClinics medical centres, and Clinician Connect. Glen continues to help foster early stage businesses including his Shark Tank investments through active mentoring, investing and strategic planning sessions. He regularly does public appearances and speaking engagements in the business community to share his scaling up story and his V4P message (Vision, Planning, People, Patience, Passion).

Huxley Peckham

Huxley Peckham leads artificial intelligence initiatives at Tech Horizon Labs, where he develops practical AI solutions for professional services firms across the Sunshine Coast. His work focuses on humanizing technology integration within traditional practice environments, with particular emphasis on research optimization and client communication systems.
Drawing from his background in both technology and professional services, Huxley partners with strata, accounting, and legal practices to bridge the gap between technological capability and practical implementation.
